To prof. Boon's students!

Messages from prof. Boon:

Dear students of Consciousness and mind body,

This week, as I was beginning to plan the last part of the course, I found out that I had 'mislaid' a few pieces of paper, in particular the complete overview of who was going to do or had done a presentation, and on what topic. I had written this on a schedule in pen but now all I have is the attached overview of presentations per problem. Furthermore not everybody yet had indicated the presentation. Luckily I had copied grades already in Warsaw on another paper, but I really would like to have the complete overview. This is principally to see whether everything is running ok. Hence I want to ask you to send me a. your name, the topic on which you did or will do a presentation. Please fill me in on when you did or are going to do the presentation, so that I can see whether the schedule is complete and correct. Should it at this point not be clear on what or when you have a presentation, or have not yet indicated a topic, please let me know this also. We can then discuss an alternative, or an assignment for a presentation. Hope all this is not gibberish to you, and please let me know as soon as possible!
Best,
Louis

Dear students of History of Psychology,

This week, as I was beginning to plan the last part of the course, I found out that I had 'mislaid' a few pieces of paper, in particular a version of the attached document, where I had written in names with my pen. So all I have now it the electronic version which is incomplete. Luckily I had copied grades already in Warsaw on another paper, but I really would like to have the complete overview. This is principally to see whether everything is running ok. Hence I want to ask you to send me a. your name, the topic on which you did or will do a presentation ( the first is to see that the list is correct, the second te know who and when will do a presentation). Remember that from May 5 on, there will be 2 presentations per topic, the first on the literature mentioned in your overview of the course, the second on article(s)/ text that the designated speaker has found on the internet on one of the site mentioned in the course manual. So per session there will be 4 presentations, each 10 minutes. For the speakers on the mind body problem, note that you will have to divide themes for your presentations, as we will have 2 'primary' (= about text Leahey), and 2 'secondary'(= about articles found on the internet sites) presentations.
Best,
Louis
