Things to remember:

Above you will find a list of make-up exams from obligatory lectures. There are no make-up exams in the make-up exam session for tests/exams/assignments from 1) obligatory workshops/labs/seminars, 2) electives and 3) specialization courses. Make-ups for these ones (if allowed by instructors) could take place only during the regular exam session (till 10 Feb).

If a student is ill on the day of the exam, he/she needs to let the office and the instructor know, by phone or preferably by email on the day of the exam at the latest. Then, the student needs to deliver a doctor’s note proving that he/she was ill to the office right after their sick leave has finished (if you already have it on the day of the exam, you can scan it or make a photo of it and attach to the email, but don’t forget to bring the paper to the office during 5 days after the sick leave finishes). Very important: the doctor’s note cannot be written on the prescription form (in Polish: ‘recepta’), but on a proper certificate form (in Polish: ‘zaswiadczenie lekarskie’). Doctor’s notes written on ‘recepta’ will not be accepted! If you are ill on the exam day and not inform us, you will lose this term.
