3. Conference participation costs refundation

To apply for a refund of a cost of participation in conference you have to be an active participant. To be an active participant, you should present a paper or present results of one's research.
If student acts as a passive participant, then he or she would not get a cost refund.

The presented paper/research results can be covered only once. So if you have a research paper or poster, and you have already presented that work elsewhere, it would not qualify for a refund.
Maximum amounts for co-financing students’ participation in conference/seminar/session is:

  • 500 Polish Zlotys - for conference in Poland,
  • 1500 Polish Zlotys  - for a conference abroad.

To apply for a refund of conference cost, you have to fill the APPLICATION FOR CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION FUNDING FROM THE FWINS (form available here:  https://kampus.come.uw.edu.pl/mod/resource/view.php?id=91086 ) and bring it signed to the WISP office together with required attachments specified at the end of application form.

The application will be submitted to the decision of the Dean - prof. dr hab. Dominika Maison.
